1Delete your account in the app#
- Open AvtoMasterGo and sign in.
- Open the Profile tab, the last tab in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Read what will be deleted and tap Delete forever.
The account is deleted immediately and cannot be restored. You are signed out on every device.
2Request deletion by email#
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email support@avtomastergo.uz with the phone number your account is registered to. The button below opens a ready-made message.

To make sure nobody deletes an account that is not theirs, we will confirm the request with the owner of the number, for example by contacting you on it, before deleting anything. We complete confirmed requests as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving them, and we let you know when it is done.
3What is deleted, what is kept#
What is deleted
- your name, phone number, date of birth and gender;
- your cars, together with everything stored with them (logbook, reminders, documents, photos);
- your listings, with their photos, prices and statistics;
- your service requests (any open request is cancelled first);
- the rest of the data linked to your account, except what is listed below.
What is kept, and for how long
- Reviews you wrote stay published without your name, as part of the provider’s public rating.
- Payment records are kept for as long as the tax and accounting law of the Republic of Uzbekistan requires.
- Information needed for a legal claim or an authority’s lawful request is kept until the matter is resolved.
- Backups may hold copies for a limited period, until they are overwritten in the normal cycle.
Your phone number is released, so you can sign up with it again later as a new account.
4Delete only some data#
You can keep the account and remove only parts of it. In the app you can edit or clear your profile, and delete cars, documents, logbook entries, reviews, favourites, photos and listings. Location access can be switched off in your phone’s settings. For anything else, email support@avtomastergo.uz.
